Bass Drum of Death are a American garage rock band signed to Fat Possum Records from Oxford, MS. The band was formed by John Barrett, who performed solo with a bass drum and guitar until 2008, when Colin Sneed began playing drums. Their debut LP, GB City, was released on April 12, 2011. The vinyl was also distributed by Inflated Records. They performed live on Fuel TV with MellowHype, of OFWGKTA playing the song 64. The group also has released a single entitled High School Roaches on Baby Don't Records in 2010. Bass Drum of Death tours the U.S extensively, and is touring Europe and the UK at the end of 2011, and Australia in 2012.
'Get Found' has been aired on Triple J, an Australian alternative music radio station, and will play at the station's 2012 New Beginning's Festival.
