City Girls are a British girl group. They auditioned to be in the group in 2007 that was the brainchild of music managers Kim Glover and Samantha Forrest. Their first single O.M.G released in August 2008 reached number 3 in the Music Week Club Charts. It was also the soundtrack for TV ad campaign for Imagine Girl Band game featuring Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby. Produced by Raser Hammond (Jay Raser and Pete Hammond the producers also have numerous tracks on the City Girls album. They are signed to BXB7 Records, that is owned by Brand and Band Ltd owned by Kim Glover and Sam Forrest. Kim Glover formerly managed New Kids on The Block with Dick Scott, B*Witched and also had them signed to her own label Glowworm, Ant & Dec in their Let's Get Ready To Rumble heady days of pop. Her career started with Martin Mills at Beggars Banquet and then onto being head of promotions at Arista, looking after the UK promotion for artists such as Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Barry Manilow. Her career spans a successful 25 years in the pop industry.
