2007年以降、ミュージックレインgirlsとして、4人でイベントやライブ活動を行っており、そのイベントの中で4人でカヴァー曲を歌う場面も見られた。その後、2009年2月15日の『ミュージックレインgirls 春のチョコまつり』にてユニットを結成し、活動していくことが正式に発表された。所属レーベルは、2009年3月に新設された『GloryHeaven』（ランティス）となる。
