アニメ『ONE PIECE』の主題歌で脚光を浴びるもその後は活動を縮小。
現在は、名前の表記を「大槻マキ」に改め、インディーズ「EARPHONES」で活動中。
2006年8月より「CASSIS（カシス）」のボーカルとしても活動中。
